What is consistency? In the briefest of terms, it is the ability to stick to something. Consistency measures your “sticktoitdness.”

This is something that I’ve struggled with in the past in various areas of my life and still struggle with in many areas except for nutrition adherence, mental health care and exercise. It took a lot of trial and error and many years of practice.

In this guide, I will teach you the techniques I’ve learned that continue to serve me in hopes that in 29 days, you’ll be well on your way to being the most consistent you’ve ever been.
